A Trimmer You for a Bigger Looking Penis

The penis may come in different lengths and thickness; it even comes in different shapes. However, there are some people who are overweight that see their penises have become smaller. It did not get smaller; it's just that the body's size has grown to overpower the penis. Losing weight doesn't make your penis bigger or increase in size. Although, it can make your penis and scrotum "look" bigger when you shed off some fat, especially in the thigh and belly area. It will create an appearance that your penis is more protruding and that it is more visible with the reduction of those fatty tissues blocking the view.

Sometimes, being overweight or large is not just the reason for having a seemingly small penis. Temperature and sexual libido also makes the penis "alive" or not. When you are not aroused or when you feel cold, your penis wouldn't stand up or enlarge, giving the impression that it is small. You can also opt to remove some of your pubic hair to see your penis. Keeping a trim or well toned body can really add on to your self esteem and confidence about your penis. You don't necessarily need to jump into medications or devices to make your penis big, you can start with a lifestyle check and some improvements to improve your penile health and appearance.

Now with regards to your diet, there are a lot of weight loss programs that you can get into. In fact, your eating habits or eating lifestyle contributes a great deal into losing weight. Skipping meals won't do you good but eating healthier while doing some physical exercises can help shape you up. You can start by seeking advice from a health care professional and a nutritionist. Keep a relaxed mind together with your body and little by little you will see changes with your well being and with your outlook on that buddy of yours.

When losing weight, you should remember that cutting down on the calories can be a big help. If you can't totally cut down on the eating, you have to increase your physical activities. It would be better if you can do both but do it gradually. It wouldn't do you any good if you get into those fad diets or crash diets. Try looking for a program that suits you and it should be something that you can stick to. Maintenance is very important and once your dieting has started to take effect, it doesn't mean that you should stop immediately. In fact, doing them regularly until they become a part of your system helps give you an assurance that you can stay fit and that your penis isn't getting any smaller.

When it comes to your diet, take in less fat like oily or salty foods and sweets. Try taking in more servings of fruits and vegetables, since they are rich in vitamins, fiber, and water making you feel full. Eat a decent portion of meat and carbohydrates and cut down on the alcohol, caffeine, and cigarette consumption.

Can Diet Affect Penis Size?

Food is many things. It’s your daily supply of nutrients that keeps you going. It’s your daily pleasure if you can afford fine meals every day. And it’s also your biggest help in keeping your body healthy and fit. Without the right substances entering your body through food, you will suffer from the various diseases associated with malnutrition.

And I’m willing to bet you had no idea that food can also influence the size of your penis. Not many people are aware of the extensive influence certain things have on our bodies. For instance, the pants your wear can hinder spermatogenesis (the production of sperm by the testes) by being too tight. Everyone wants to look good, but it’s silly to sacrifice your sperm for a pair of tight jeans.

The main thing to look for in food is for those ingredients that will keep your blood flowing. The substances contained in these foods are called vasodilators and they work by relaxing the smooth muscles making up the walls of blood vessels. Examples of such food are salmon, tuna, eggs, milk, liver and vegetables like broccoli, carrots, sweet potatoes and tomatoes.

While these foods have no readily detectable influence on the size of your penis, their presence in your diet helps promote the blood flow that is the key to erection. If your circulatory system is in perfect shape and if the blood vessels are allowing more blood to pass through the penis, then your erection is bound to be bigger than usual.

Erection and Its Relation to Aging

Dinner was appetizing, kissing was luscious, her scent was inviting, and the foreplay was stimulating. But when it came to showing her just who the man is, the little soldier remains in hiding.

Well there comes a time in every man's life where he must come to grip with the fact that little johnny is sometimes shy. This is the time where a man's self-esteem is most vulnerable.

Erection problems are vastly common among adult men. In truth, nearly all men experience occasional difficulty getting it hard or maintaining it. In several cases, it is a temporary condition that will go away with little or no treatment at all. While in others, it may be an ongoing problem that may eventually damage a man's self esteem and harm his relationship with his partner. Thus immediate treatment is required.

So just how would you know if you have a problem? Well if you have difficulty either having or keeping an erection for over 25% of the time, then it is a problem. At one time, erection problems were thought to be "all in the man's mind," just like women's PMS. Oftentimes, they receive unhelpful advice such as "don't worry" or "just relax and it will take care of itself." Doctors nowadays believed that when the problem is not temporary or do not go away on its own, physical factors are often the cause.

Erection problems, commonly known as erectile dysfunction or impotence refers to a man's inability to achieve satisfactory erections suitable for sexual intercourse. This is common to about 25% of the male population. Men who are experiencing repeated impotence tend to be middle aged men, mostly common at the age of 60. The problem may derive from a variety of causes, but aging is the most remarkable factor in erectile dysfunction associated to the decrease in male hormones. For about 20% of sufferers the problem is psychological. While one third is due to physically related diseases and the remainder is the combination of both causes.

In the past few years, the medical community had been committed to enhancing treatments for erectile dysfunction through a wide range of alternatives. But how should a man with erectile dysfunction is treated in this age of vacuum pumps, penile injection, medication and prostheses?

Just like in any other ailment, when a person begins having this problem continually, physical examinations is the first step in the treatment process. This is done to rule out injury, side effects from medicine or diseases and disorders such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, kidney disease, alcoholism, or multiple sclerosis.

A considerable part of the evaluation includes a detailed patient history that can give the doctor virtual clues regarding the patient's condition and the severity of the condition. Treatments should be tailored to the individual, with the severity and cause taken into consideration. Common treatments include medications, vacuum devices and surgery.
Prescription medications such as Viagra, Levitra, and Cialis are commonly prescribed, as well as other options such as vacuum devices and surgery.

Vacuum are non-drug options. This is a device which creates a vacuum around the penis that draws blood into the penis and allows it to engorge, thus causing an erection.

Surgery can be performed in order to restore blood flow to the penile area if the vasculature (blood vessels) to the area is compromised. However surgeries have fallen out of favor in recent years because of the possible risk of infection due to such invasive procedures.

Anatomy of the Vagina

Both men and women have an internal and external region for their genitalia. This article focuses on the internal and external anatomy of the vagina which can be considered as one of the most interesting and exciting organs that can be found in the female body.

Contrary to what most people think, the vagina is not the first thing that you see in the female genitalia. As we begin from the outside, the outermost part of the female genitalia is the vulva. This is usually covered by the pubic hair which grows from the tissue called mons pubis, although some women or girls prefer to shave their pubic hair. Pubic hair aside, the next part that you will be seeing is a lip-like appearance which most people call the outer lips. These outer lips are really known as Labia Majora and contain fatty tissues that enfold the vulva from the mons pubis to the perineum (an opening that tears during childbirth). The Labia Majora contains sweat and oil glands that emit a certain scent which most people claim to be sexually stimulating. Next to Labia Majora is another set of lips called the Labia Minora or the inner lips that protects the clitoris, urethra, and the vagina.

As you go deeper, you can find a small, oval shaped part of the vagina called the clitoris or the "clit." This part is adjoined to the labia and seems to be hooded by skin. This small portion of the vagina contains numerous nerve endings that are very sensitive and this one small part contributes a very great deal, since its main function to bring sexual pleasure to women when touched or stimulated. Just below the clitoris is the urethra, which is an opening where the urine passes through. The urethra is not a part of the women's reproductive system and is much more connected to the bladder although it is located near the rest of the vaginal parts.

The opening to your vagina is covered by a thin membrane or tissue called the hymen. The intact hymen has been a symbol for virginity and is very thin and sensitive. It can be torn by rigorous activities or through penetration of the penis, vibrators, dildos, and so on. Another opening in the female genitalia is the perineum which is a stretch of skin that goes up to the anus and is where infants come out during labor.

The internal parts of the female genitalia are the vaginal canal where the penis passes through during sexual intercourse and goes to the cervix. The vagina's size can expand and contract to make way for the size of the penis. The Bartholin's glands and the hymen glands excrete fluids which serve as lubricants during sexual arousal to keep the vagina moist.

Next is the uterus or better known as the womb where the fetus grows in and held there during pregnancy. On both sides of the uterus are the fallopian tubes where the fertilization of the ova (egg) takes place. These eggs are produced in the ovaries which is another part of the vagina. Aside from ova production, the ovaries are responsible for the production of estrogen and progesterone or the female sex hormones. All of these parts make up the vagina which is the female species' vital organ in reproduction and copulation.

Your Semen and You

Semen, or cum, is actually made up of ninety percent (90%) seminal fluids including fructose (sugar) and proteins; sperm accounts for only about one percent (1%) of its total volume and the rest is made up of trace minerals and nutrients.

Many guys are concerned with what their semen tastes like. This may rise from the fact that they want to score blow jobs. First of all, you can stress to your partner that semen will not make a person fat. It contains only about 12 to 15 calories per ejaculation; the same amount found in gelatin or egg white.

Some people say that semen tastes bitter, salty, or even acrid. So for loads of exciting fun in the bedroom, you can make your partner swallow your cum if you make your cum taste better.

Since semen is excreted by the body, its taste and smell would most likely be affected by what you eat and drink. What is the best diet for better-tasting cum?

For one, you should start living a clean and healthy lifestyle. Say no to alcohol, drugs and nicotine. Avoid junk foods and instead have lots of fruits and greens in your diet. Plus, drink a lot of liquids (water).

Drinking fruit juices from pineapple, citrus, and cranberry is also known to make your cum taste sweeter. Throw in melon, mango, apple, or grape, and other fruits that are high in sugar. Likewise, vegetables like parsley and celery are recommended.

There are also some foods that you should steer clear of. Fish and red meat produce a bitter, fishy taste because of their alkaline content. Chemically-processed alcohol can also make your semen taste bitter. Instead, try naturally fermented drinks for a change. Garlic and onion are likely to produce strong odors since they are high in sulfur; so lay off on these.

A better-tasting semen is good; but having extra loads of better-tasting semen is better. The volume of your load depends upon a number of concerns, including age, heredity, and general health. We practically can’t change our age and genetics, but we could instead make dietary adjustments. There are various supplements that you can take like zinc oxide, Horny Goat Weed, L-Arginine, L-Lysine which are supposed to boost quantity of your load.

By simply increasing your fluid intake, you can increase the amount of your ejaculation. When your body is well hydrated, your body systems are able to work more efficiently and have less trouble getting water from the bloodstream.

The most important to remember, though, is to keep yourself healthy and fit. Regular exercise encourages good blood circulation, which in turn, aids ejaculation. Also, refrain from wearing tight clothing especially in the crotch area since it can decrease sperm count.

Threats to Male Fertility

Both a man and the woman need to be healthy in order to produce a child. When a couple cannot conceive a child in a span of one year, they might be having infertility problems. According to research, infertility affects 10% (or about 6.1 million) Americans in the reproductive age. Contrary to myth, infertility is not always a "woman's problem." A third of the cases (about 35% are actually due to male infertility factors.

Infertility in men may be caused by many factors such as low sperm count (or nothing at all), ejaculation problems, or "abnormal" sperm, which is said to be malformed and have a short life span.

Generally, your fertility is based upon your general health. If you live a healthy lifestyle, there is a high probability that your sperm will also be healthy. There are quite a number of threats that may affect male fertility. Nicotine, alcohol and drugs (e.g., marijuana and cocaine) are on the top of the list. According to studies, smoking drastically decreases the sperm count and overall health of sperm cells.

Poor diet (malnutrition) can also contribute to male infertility, including deficiency in vitamin C and zinc in your diet. Some diseases (e.g., tuberculosis, fevers, anemia, and mumps in adulthood) and infections are also suspect. These are infections of the reproductive system such as epididymitis, orchitis, and prostatitis. Some sexually transmitted disease such as chlamydia or gonorrhea also damages the spermatic ducts. You also risk transmitting your disease to your partner causing her to be infertile.

Some medications are also believed to be causes of male infertility. This include cancer-treating agents (e.g., chemotheraphy), anti-fungal medication (ketoconazole), antidiarrheal drug (sulfasalazine), Azulfidine (a drug used to treat ulcerative colitis), and some groups of antibiotics (nitrofurans and macrolides). Likewise, the use of anabolic steroids is also known to cause testicular shrinkage and infertility.

Other threats to male fertility also include testosterone deficiency, trauma or injury to the testes, structural abnormality or blockage in the vas deferens, and varicocele, a varicose vein in the testicle that produces too much heat harming and killing sperm.

Some are also connected to your lifestyle, like excessive stress, overly intense exercise (may lower your sperm count by producing higher levels of adrenal steroid hormones, which lower the amount of testosterone in the body), tight underwear or jogging pants, hot tubs, saunas, or anything that raises the temperature of your scrotum, including overheated vehicles and hot work environments, and exposure to environmental hazards such as pesticides, lead, paint, mercury, benzene, boron, radiation (x-ray), radioactive substances, and heavy metals.

What is semen made of?

Semen is the fluid containing spermatozoa, which is secreted by the sexual glands of males. It is discharged by the body through the process known as ejaculation and used to fertilize the female ova.

The human semen is composed mainly of seminal plasma, which is the fluid secreted by the accessory male reproductive organs (the seminal vesicles and the prostate gland). The bulbourethral organs glands also contribute with a small amount of viscous mucus, which gives semen its texture and cohesion.

The purpose of the seminal plasma is to protect and feed the spermatozoa during their journey to the ova through the female reproductive tract. The normal environment of the vagina is too acidic for sperm cells, aside from the presence of local cells which are part of the immune system and which view sperm cells as foreign entities. This is why the sperm contains a series of basic amines designed to counter the vagina acidity and to protect the DNA inside the sperm cell from acidic destruction.

Finally, the mucus and texturizing proteins serve to increase the mobility of sperm cells in the vagina and cervix by creating a less viscous channel for the sperm cells to swim through, and preventing their diffusion out of the semen.

Explanation of The Different Parts of The Penis

The penis is the external male sexual and urination organ. It is made up of three columns of erectile tissue and it relies solely on engorgement with blood to reach its erect state during sex.

The erectile tissues are called "corpus spongiosum" and "corpus cavernosum". The "corpus spongiosum" lies on the underside of the penis, while the two "corpora cavernosa" columns lie next to each other on the upper side. The end of the corpus spongiosum is enlarged and cone-shaped and forms the glans penis. The glans supports the foreskin (or prepuce), which is a loose fold of skin that in adults can retract to expose the glans. The area on the underside of the penis, where the foreskin is attached, is called the frenum.

The urethra, which is the last part of the urinary tract, traverses the "corpus spongiosum" and its opening, known as the "meatus", lies on the tip of the glans penis. It is both a passage for urine and for the ejaculation of semen. Sperm is produced in the testes and stored in the attached epididymis.

During ejaculation, sperm is propelled up the vas deferens, two ducts that pass over and behind the bladder. Fluids are added by the seminal vesicles and the vas deferens turns into the ejaculatory ducts, which join the urethra inside the prostate gland. The prostate and the bulbourethral glands add further secretions, and the resulting semen is expelled through the penis.

The final feature of the penis is the raphe, which is the visible ridge between the lateral halves of the penis, found on the underside of the penis, running from the meatus (opening of the urethra) across the scrotum to the perineum (area between scrotum and anus).

The Straighter the Better

The penis is considered as one of the most important organs of men. Statistics show that men are very much affected by the way their penises looks and functions. More often than not, men's sexuality is defined by their penis. It serves as a tool that satisfies sexual pleasures and desires. In addition, the penis is the one of the most significant organs in promoting procreation. Aside from the size, the shape of the penis is also important for men. A man does anything just to make sure that the shape of his penis will be the shape of his preference. Above all, the shape of the penis can determine the success of a man while having sex.

Normally, the penis of a man is not perfectly straight. Most of the penis shows slight bent and there is absolutely nothing wrong with it. There were only rare instances when a man has a penis that has no bents. The curve of the penis can be caused by a lot of factors. The first one, which is genetics, is the most common of them all. Since the genes dictate a man's physical existence, it is no secret that the shape of a man's penis will follow that of his ancestors. Same goes to the other aspects like the size and the color. Moreover, an accident can cause the penis to be out of shape. Apparently, the curve might even get worse and permanent. Furthermore, a disease can also called Peyronie's can cause the penis to curve. This circumstance is very dangerous and needs proper medications before it gets worse.

There are different opinions with regards to the effectivity of a straight penis and a crooked penis while doing sex. Physically, a straight penis does look good and women are more inclined to have sex with someone who has a straight penis. Accordingly, one of the turn offs of women is when they see a penis with a peculiar shape. Women become less enthusiastic when engaging to sex and some even decline the idea. It is very hard to imagine how an odd shaped penis will totally penetrate in a very small vaginal hole. This is one of the reasons why having an extremely curved penis is always a disadvantage. The thing about it is that the sexual intercourse will be very painful both for the man and woman. Indeed, sex is not enjoyable when the pain is felt in the entire session.

The only advantage that a crooked penis has is the sensation that it brings once it has entered the vagina. Accordingly, there is a different feeling and something that provides great satisfaction. Though it is still curable, a curved penis can give a man a lot of trouble. Others say the exercise will work and some even suggested unconventional ways of straightening the penis. All situations point that a straight penis is often preferred than a curved penis. It helps in attracting women and makes every sexual encounters effortless with all satisfaction provided.

Steroids Can Shrink a Man's Penis

Steroids are medically generated substance used for various medical purposes. It is commonly utilized to enhance body growth. Basically, steroids are used by body builders, athletes, and people with active occupations. Some forms of steroids are used in performing surgeries and as pain reliever. The use of steroids requires a prescription from an authorized physician. However, steroids are definitely banned I all sports. In fact, a lot of big name sports personalities have been linked to the use of steroids. Accordingly, the misuse of steroids can lead to a lot of side effects, which causes diseases and even death.

The most common form of steroid is the anabolic steroid. Essentially, steroids promote growth of tissues and muscles. Every man has secretes a hormone called testosterone, which is responsible for the physical growth during puberty. The purpose of anabolic steroids is enhancers to make the androgenic effects possible, which make a man's sexual features, develop fast. Because of this, a lot of men have used steroids to boost their penis size and erection. However, steroids are expensive, does is not affordable to all men. To remedy this problem, some men take other steroid containing substance.

The use of steroids entails a lot of negative effects to the body. These side effects are described to be severe and can even cause death. Most steroids permanently damage the organs and other parts of the body. The male reproductive organ is one of the most susceptible to the damage caused by steroids. This is because, anabolic like hormones are also produced by the male reproductive organ. The use of steroids can cause temporary and permanent impotence. The effect of steroid is so strong that even increased libido or sexual desire will not make a penis erect. The penis may erect, but it may not really serve its purpose. In essence, the steroids paralyze the ability of the penis to perform its functions.

On the other hand, studies show that there is no direct linkage to penis shrinkage and steroids. Normally, a penis will shrink if man is out of sexual desires. Another reason is that tight underwear may cause the penis to reduce in size. The bad thing is that the steroids may cause the penis to stay shrunk. This is because erection will be a problem and it is the only way for the penis to grow. Others think that the use of steroids could have resulted to a permanent shrinkage. When the damage has been done, every effort to bring back the usual form of the penis will be futile.

With everything said, steroids may not directly cause the shrinkage of a penis. However, the use of steroids may aggravate the situation. Steroids may cause tremendous growth in the body, but the side effects should be more emphasized. A temporary growth may indeed lead to permanent distraction. As advised, would be steroid user must be able to secure the necessary prescriptions from knowledgeable physicians. Provided with the damages that steroid brings, it will be eye opener to all that everything has its advantages and disadvantages.

Penis Size and Male Dominance

In a group of males, there are a lot of things that determines who leads the pact. Depending on the aspect involved, it is a normal situation when a lead male is designated to represent the group. There's a lot of factors that are considered in knowing the presence of dominance. However, in most male groups, the feeling of dominance does not necessarily mean that the dominant male gets everything. Apparently, understanding the existence of domination in a male group is not a complex task. Psychologically, males are more than open with the idea of making someone ahead of them. The theory of association states that ones a person is acquainted to someone who is considered as a public figure, that person too becomes identified as such. This reality helps men in understanding the essence of having someone as the head of the group.

Studies suggest that men are more liberated when it comes to discussing their sexuality with their peers. In fact, it is considered a taboo for a man who refuses to divulge any of his sexual activities. Even the most private man will participate in any conversation about sex provided that personal details are set aside. Usually, men discuss the women whom they had sexual encounters. It is common for a group of men to compare and later on come up with an agreement. The man with the best experience wins and gets the nod of all members to be the first to choose should they decide to have sex with someone. It is normal for men to bet on who among them had provided their sexual partners the best satisfaction.

With sex as the central topic, it is no secret that men also discuss the size of their penises. Traditionally, the penis is the measurement of a man's ability to have a great sex. In a group of men, the one with the largest penis size in considered as the master. He provides all the suggestions on sexual methods and the dos and don'ts of sex. When it comes to sex, the man with the largest penis size is the dominant figure and is often admired by his peers. In reality, the order in a male group with regards to sex is always based in the size of the penis. Such that the bigger the penis, the higher the position of a man in the group. Although foreplay and other factors are important, a big penis will definitely offset whatever weakness a man has in having sex.

Indeed, there are different measurements used to trace male dominance. However, the circumstances exhibit that the penis size is more than a reasonable indicator. In a group of men, sex is an issue that is allotted with a lot of time for discussion. In a situation when a group of men engages in a simultaneous sex, the group member with the largest penis size will always make the first move. This is to make an impression that all other members have the same size of penis. It may look like a disadvantage fir some men, but being identified with someone with a big penis is not a bad distinction. The idea gives a good impression to girls and an opportunity for some men to experience the best sex of their lives.
