Are you for Length or Girth?

There are few men out there who have not at least once in their lifetime ever taken out a ruler and measured their male member. A quick peek through history will tell you, poets, philosophers, writers and artists alike have all tried to define the average and above average measure for manhood. Erotic art is full of examples of exaggerated manhood, because it is generally believed that the penis mirrors a guy's sexual power and vigor. It's not difficult to see why bigger is still thought to be better even in this so-called new millennium.

So going back to the age-old question; "does size really matter?" Both men and women alike are desperate to know what really gives. Men are equally obsessed, if not more so, with their penis size as women are with their breast size. In fact a lot of them are keen on finding out ways to make their member larger. That explains why the penis enlargement industry is booming by leaps and bounds, offering everything from cream, pills, traction devices, and even surgery. The media and the fanatical stories of 'well-endowed' men have probably contributed to the already bizarre subject of penis size.

Studies show that the average penis size is not the 12" poles being bandied about in porn. Actually average is between 5.5 to 6.4 inches in erect length and 4.7 to 5.2 inches in girth. Now there's one myth that needs to be put to rest: penis size is completely unrelated to height or hand, feet, and nose size simply because there is no bone in the penis.

You probably heard it from countless women that "it's not the size that matters but how you use it." Though the length of the penis has not much to do with sexual pleasure, girth on the other hand may indeed matter in the long run. As what some reproductive therapists explain countless times, it has something to do with stimulating our G-spot which is supposed to be located about two inches inside the upper wall of the vagina.

Anyway, personal preference is still based on the individual woman, some may like big while others small. When we ask a woman what does she prefer over penis length and penis girth, Courtney (not her real name), said that she likes her partner to have "meatier" penis, meaning fuller penis. She said that the nerves in her vaginal walls (located near the entrance of the vagina and the anus) are better stimulated during intercourse. Thus, girth might be significant here given that a meatier penis can stretch out the vaginal or anal walls that stimulate the nerves. This creates friction and sensation that most women crave during intercourse. She further added that even though the penis is the vital equipment in love making, it's also the combination of skill, passion and romance that heightens the sensation.

To say that men who are small are no good in the sack is a hasty generalization and just short of discriminating. In general, women are more concern about the man's entire package, rather than just the one between their thighs. Women also seek passion, intimacy and emotional connection. Try to show her your love by giving her flowers, a sensual massage, or a bath with rose petals.

Can Diet Affect Penis Size?

Food is many things. It’s your daily supply of nutrients that keeps you going. It’s your daily pleasure if you can afford fine meals every day. And it’s also your biggest help in keeping your body healthy and fit. Without the right substances entering your body through food, you will suffer from the various diseases associated with malnutrition.

And I’m willing to bet you had no idea that food can also influence the size of your penis. Not many people are aware of the extensive influence certain things have on our bodies. For instance, the pants your wear can hinder spermatogenesis (the production of sperm by the testes) by being too tight. Everyone wants to look good, but it’s silly to sacrifice your sperm for a pair of tight jeans.

The main thing to look for in food is for those ingredients that will keep your blood flowing. The substances contained in these foods are called vasodilators and they work by relaxing the smooth muscles making up the walls of blood vessels. Examples of such food are salmon, tuna, eggs, milk, liver and vegetables like broccoli, carrots, sweet potatoes and tomatoes.

While these foods have no readily detectable influence on the size of your penis, their presence in your diet helps promote the blood flow that is the key to erection. If your circulatory system is in perfect shape and if the blood vessels are allowing more blood to pass through the penis, then your erection is bound to be bigger than usual.

What to Do if Your Penis is 9 or More Inches

The obvious answer would be: sit back and bask in your glory. You may think that you have won the genetic race and are better off than most other men. You may think that the world of sex is yours for the taking. However, such is not always the case.

Many women will recoil in shock from the sight of such an impressive penis. Sure, it looks big and the very herald of untold pleasures. But no woman, especially not one who has never had the pleasure of such an encounter, can fully repress the suspicion that your size may be too big for her. Most women will be afraid that insertion would hurt and that subsequent sex would be a painful ride instead of a pleasure cruise. Anal sex will be completely out of the question, whereas oral sex will be an awkward proposition at best.

So what’s left? First and foremost: don’t jump her. At the moment when your penis springs into view, your partner is most likely both aroused and afraid, not to mention more than a bit curious about how it would feel (heck, it’s not everyday she comes upon such a fine specimen). So take it slowly. Don’t amplify her sense that things may take a wrong turn. Above all, don’t skip foreplay! I don’t know how you feel about foreplay, but in this case it’s your best friend. Foreplay will help you push her past fear and into pleasure.

Second: don’t slam it all in at once. This will surely hurt, even if the last time she was tight was five years and a couple of boyfriends ago. Jokes aside, take your time and slide only your head in at first. Keep going slowly until her body adjusts to your size and she can take your entire size in. Once you’re in don’t start slamming full tilt like there’s no tomorrow. She would certainly not appreciate it.

What to Do if You Have Penis Below 5 Inches

Less than 5 inches? Now that’s a problem. Fortunately there are solutions to this one. The first thing to do is to put embarrassment aside and learn the simple ways in which you can offset this drawback. It’s true that there is no way you can make up on the physical side, but there are tricks that can help you hide the real size. And you can also win through sheer confidence and audacity.

If you have a small penis buried in the pubic hair, you can start by shaving or trimming. At this size you want every inch of your penis to show. So get rid of that hair. Nowadays shaving is no longer seen as strange and the mainstream is much more open to such trends.

Another effective trick is to take a hot shower or bath before sex. The hot water will help increase the blood flow and expand the “corpora cavernosa” in your penis. This means that your penis will be able to hold more blood than usual for a certain amount of time. More blood means more inches.

And last of all, you can shed some weight. If your penis is hard to find in the pad of fat located at its base or if it barely shows its head from under your belly then it’s high time you lose some weight. Losing weight will not only make your penis more visible, but it will also give more stamina in sex sessions and keep your heart in better shape.

Penis Size and Dynamic of Sex Life For Males

The dynamics of the average sex life for healthy males are primarily linked to the size of their penises. Studies have conclusively shown that males endowed with bigger penises are more successful in their sex lives. First, they manage to pick up and bed more women. Second, women are more satisfied with their performance. This does not mean that all men whose penises are smaller are less successful. For sure, some of them are very active in their sex lives, but the number of such men is low.

It seems that most of the men with bigger penises are more confident in their own power of seduction and in their performance in bed. Confidence is one of the keys to a successful sex life and is considered by many women to be the most important feature in a man, aside from the physical endowment. One could say that confidence is an adjunct of penis size in the game of attraction.

It’s pretty much a fact that most women are biased in bed and simply like bigger penises. Bigger than average, that is. Just as not big enough is likely to be a crucial setback, a penis that is too big tends to scare women away. The key to success lies in a certain size range and, of course, in the right attitude.

Simply put, the odds for a man to succeed in satisfying his partner enough to have her come back for more are much higher if the man has a bigger than average penis. Despite soundbites such as “Size does not matter”, or “The key is how you use it”, a bigger penis makes the job much easier for the man and brings more pleasure to his lady.

How To Make Your Penis Look Bigger

Not all men are born hung like bulls, which is a pretty sad fact for most of us average guys. But that does not mean that you have to be exposed to the calculating eyes of ladies just as you were born. Men may be average in size, but some are still determined and clever enough to find ways of going round this problem.

So what can you do about it? Well, there are some simple tricks that you should always keep in mind like you keep that pack of condoms at the bottom of your jeans pocket: on a "just in case" basis. The first trick to make your penis look bigger than it is to shave or trim the pubic hair. You may think it to be one the things girls like about you or the secret of your famous endurance, but let me tell you: you want those extra inches, even if they're just a trick. Pubic hair can sometimes hide the true size of a penis, so out it goes. Or just trim it, as you feel like it.

Another simple trick is to lose weight. Yep, getting rid of that pouch hanging in front of you or shedding part of the fat pad that hides the base of the penis can also provide you with some "magic" extra inches. I don't think I have to tell you that your penis would look better poking straight out from your pubic area and not fighting to get out fro under your belly. Go for a diet or some exercises. Or both.

The final nice trick is to take a long, hot shower before sex. This will serve to expand the blood vessels and to draw the blood flow to the penis. A slight expansion is likely, as the ensuing arousal will bring even more blood to this area and create the illusion of a bigger penis. Hot, relaxing showers can also be a sexy beginning of your foreplay.

Have fun and stay safe.

Penis Size and Male Dominance

In a group of males, there are a lot of things that determines who leads the pact. Depending on the aspect involved, it is a normal situation when a lead male is designated to represent the group. There's a lot of factors that are considered in knowing the presence of dominance. However, in most male groups, the feeling of dominance does not necessarily mean that the dominant male gets everything. Apparently, understanding the existence of domination in a male group is not a complex task. Psychologically, males are more than open with the idea of making someone ahead of them. The theory of association states that ones a person is acquainted to someone who is considered as a public figure, that person too becomes identified as such. This reality helps men in understanding the essence of having someone as the head of the group.

Studies suggest that men are more liberated when it comes to discussing their sexuality with their peers. In fact, it is considered a taboo for a man who refuses to divulge any of his sexual activities. Even the most private man will participate in any conversation about sex provided that personal details are set aside. Usually, men discuss the women whom they had sexual encounters. It is common for a group of men to compare and later on come up with an agreement. The man with the best experience wins and gets the nod of all members to be the first to choose should they decide to have sex with someone. It is normal for men to bet on who among them had provided their sexual partners the best satisfaction.

With sex as the central topic, it is no secret that men also discuss the size of their penises. Traditionally, the penis is the measurement of a man's ability to have a great sex. In a group of men, the one with the largest penis size in considered as the master. He provides all the suggestions on sexual methods and the dos and don'ts of sex. When it comes to sex, the man with the largest penis size is the dominant figure and is often admired by his peers. In reality, the order in a male group with regards to sex is always based in the size of the penis. Such that the bigger the penis, the higher the position of a man in the group. Although foreplay and other factors are important, a big penis will definitely offset whatever weakness a man has in having sex.

Indeed, there are different measurements used to trace male dominance. However, the circumstances exhibit that the penis size is more than a reasonable indicator. In a group of men, sex is an issue that is allotted with a lot of time for discussion. In a situation when a group of men engages in a simultaneous sex, the group member with the largest penis size will always make the first move. This is to make an impression that all other members have the same size of penis. It may look like a disadvantage fir some men, but being identified with someone with a big penis is not a bad distinction. The idea gives a good impression to girls and an opportunity for some men to experience the best sex of their lives.
